The Delaware Hospice Sussex County Golf Outing will be held on Monday, October 8th, at Cripple Creek Golf and Country Club in Dagsboro.
The fee is $125 per person, which includes green fees, cart, lunch, refreshment cart, and an awards reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres.
The format will be a scramble. Registration begins at 10:00 a.m., Lunch at 11:00 a.m., and a shotgun start at 12:00 p.m. The awards reception will begin at 5:30 p.m.
The Golf Outing will feature the following contests: Putting, Longest Drive Men & Ladies, Team Prizes for Low Gross and Closest to the Pin.
Sponsorships at varying levels are available. Delaware Hospice is the largest, most experienced and only nonprofit hospice in the area. Funds raised from the Golf Outing will help Delaware Hospice continue to provide a high standard of excellence in its care of patients and families and to provide community outreach programs, such as New Hope for grieving children and Transitions for seriously-ill individuals.
